    i am a true lefty.
i throw left, bat left, write left, guitar left (tried right but wasn't getting anywhere, switched left made as much progress in 2 weeks as i had 6 months playing right), fork and knife in the left hand (i switch my knife to my left to cut and then fork back to left to pick up the food, fish left
the only things i do righty is my computer mouse but thats more from job norms. having a left handed desk set up when you have a 200 sheet set of architectural drawings rolled out on the desk (usually 36"w x 24"h and bound on the left 24" edge) you need to be sitting on the free side of the paper not the bound side so it makes sense to have the drawings on your left and mouse on your right or everything is too far out of reach and just wonky
and that reminds me of another lefty thing - back in the olden days when i was in college and learning to be a drafter I had a left handed set up for my drafting arm. and i always did my drawings right to left to avoid smudging
this would be a right handed drafting desk

"smudging" is the worst for just about anything. I am more on the ambi side, I write left, bat right, but throw left (?), rackets I can switch if I want, if I learn anything new I try to learn it right just since it's easier to get stuff for it. I learned to golf right handed.

By "real" I meant the pronounced lefty hook. I'd read some studies before that said the more of a writing hook you have the less ambi you seem to be able to do.

Yeah, I don't do the wonky pen grip. And I've been told my penmanship looks righty

Don’t know why, but I can write in cursive, with both Hands, forward on the right, and in reverse on the left all at the same time.
    Strange.

    You have very neat handwriting.

A few years ago at the brothers house for Thanksgiving, he was telling me how my nieces school wasn't teaching them how to write in cursive. We both struggled to write out every letter in upper and lower case because it had been so long since either of us had used cursive but we wanted her to see how to write out the letters. She just adjusted the font style on her iPad to do the hard work...

Doing a load of jeans now. Went to put them in the dryer and had to pull sheets out. They were put in the dryer last Sunday.
