I feel for ya. I've had those too. I originally thought the noise was the alternator. I removed the serpentine belt and spun all of the pullies looking for anything that wasn't a smooth feel.

I do know the fan clutch is spinning way too freely. Replacing the center idler did reduce some of the noise. The PS pump is a new OEM, but there is a possibility it could be whining. I do 2 or 3 PS reservoir drain/refill evacuations after each off-road trip. I think dust still finds its way into the reservoir even behind the cap and o-ring seal. I changed the oil tonight. It was Mobil 1 extended for high mileage vehicles. It had under 5,000 miles. It was black and I could feel a little bit of fine grit that must have come from dusty roads. I shake the dust out of the air filter after each outing with a dusty road. I've started installing a new air filter monthly.

I have the perfect barber. Old ass Marine who doesn't say a word unless spoken to. Loves what he does and has Ancient Aliens playing in the background. Gives me the best cut and uses a straight razor for the edges. All for $14.

When I worked a parts and service counter in my 20s I used to shave a Dr. Phil into my head and always covered it up with a ball cap. Nothing was as satisfying to me as sighing very loudly/heavily at an irrate customer whilst removing my hat and scratching the clearly shaved bald spot.

100% of the time the customer would no longer be angry and would leave shortly thereafter

I thought about the Tundra upgrade and got close to making it. Though I couldn't figure out what may have been wrong with the nice 4 piston calipers that we have. I decided to go for some brake pads with a little more bite on the high temp side to an FG pad. That with some calipers and new front lines from O'Reilley with banjo bolts that seem to allow more fluid flow.

I did install one stainless line for the rear. That worked out.

I do like the banjo bolt that came with those calipers. I don't know if they still offer these banjo bolts with their rebuilt calipers. Their lines did seem to have a slightly larger inner diameter hole

The bottom line is the brakes will lock up with just a quick touch. So it has more brakes than I need right now.
