There is always the SPY

 

SPY has no business having a .09% ER for something that takes 14 seconds to manage.

VOO is the same thing with .03% and a marginally higher dividend, but I don't count the dividend difference that significant. I would do VFIAX instead, though.

Just checked my 401k for the first time since feb 7.

I was 100% in my companies stock, and sold almost all of it at just under ATH.
Transferred to a mix of vanguard midcap and vanguard targeted retirement date funds.
Since I made those two changes I’m up 46%.

So you’re saying INVESTING actually works? Wow.

That’s like me with my 401K. My company has been breaking ATH almost daily it seems for months. It’s crazy.

 

Yup....worked some epic covid magic with my 401K between March of 2020 and Dec of 2020...more than 2x my holdings by moving between tech sector and banks and back as the recoveries varied...There will never be another opportunity like that...
(I hope because that stress....oh jeebus)
