yeah I just waited till I found someone willing to ship. Race desert classifieds, selloffroad on IG and prerunner parts on Facebook are all good places to look.

I've been battling direction of funds and decided it was time to order 3rd members before spending more money on suspension. I'd like to end up with a +2 kit and sua but want to take the truck back out to the dunes in its current configuration and compare to the last trip before I start throwing money at things.

:spending:I've been stuck working in Camarillo for the past three weeks. No idea how people in Cali can afford to live in this state. Can't wait to get back to the panhandle and check out one of those kits at YotaMafia. If My company decides to fix my pay for the few weeks I've been here I might be able to snag one before my deployment... Then I gotta get rid of the boat anchors and get your full rear SUA LT kit.

Camarillo has the best weather, too bad you got hit with fog and the Santa Ana winds, but damnit, it is expensive, and then the growth rate of the city is stupid also! Used to be strawberry fields in the middle of town!

Don't get me wrong I have certainly enjoyed my time out here. Wish I had my truck (and my dog for that matter) but I have done tons of hiking out here, logged I think around 50 miles on all-trails and started rock climbing. It's certainly way nicer than Flat-Florida.

Snow wheeling is actually incredibly fun. Not going to lie. Lockers and single digit air pressure are a must.

side note, in about 2 months our temps will be approximately 120 degrees colder than your current temp.

Got peer pressured into welding my spindle gussets on. I’ll take all the criticism as I’m a desk jockey who pushes paper. I’ll knock the slag off before I coat them.

Love it actually. Starting to get disappointed out here that we haven’t had more than a dusting so far and lately it’s been warming up.

Lots of good places to hike and bike. Most of the places we would take our dirt bikes and trucks as kids now either is developed or has locked gates.

Snow wheeling is fun, but here in the Sacramento Valley we have to head up to the Sierras where all roads pretty much go up/down the mountain. The "fun" snow is at a certain elevation that is a thin strip. We head up and get the dusting, the road and stuck in a matter of a mile.

We are entering winter here. Snow in the air today, but its been relatively mild so far. We average 200+ inches a year. It can get pretty wild!

I can imagine. I think our average here is like 110” in town. Enough to allow us to enjoy all that snow has to offer while also giving us some slight breaks from it between storms
