I was thinking of offering this service but man it’s a lot of work! Turned out ok. I might do another one. I have a spare wheel. Practice makes perfect!

But if you offered it as a service I’d have to buy one of those bluesimage.jpgto match. :spending:

I will see how the next one turns out!
I’ll probably put some thin foam under the next one as well.

Nice they are a little pricey but useful I have the same panels used rivnuts. I did not feel like pulling the door panels and to make attaching stuff to the molle easier i can zip out the 4 screws mount what i want and just thread the screws back in. They should really suggest that on the website rather than yanking both panels.

    My wallet is empty
The stock tailgate is a knee killer. I decided to follow the trend of replacing it with a smooth piece of 1/4" HDPE. I couldn't justify the $200+ price tag some companies are asking so I made my own. I got the material from TAP Plastics. Easy to cut with a jig saw or table saw.

    https://www.tapplastics.com/custom-cut-to-size-plastic-sheets

The stock rubber bumpers are a little too fat and kept the tailgate from closing correctly. I pulled them out and temporarily replaced them with little felt disks for furniture. I'll have to drill some 3/4" relief holes at some point.
It was binding so I had to remove 5/8" off the bottom edge, where it meets the bed.

The WeatherTechs are nice and well made, but there don't look like that for very long. I've used their cleaner and protection sprays, but they don't bring back that "like-new" look.

How’s the smell? Did he do a good job not getting any overspray on your exhaust?

Nice. Made in Connecticut. Better than made in the Amazon.

Have had mine sitting around forever. I have to install them. Do you have a link for the tool? Did you have to take anything else off aside from the grill?

Seems most folks either don’t know how to properly weave MOLLE or they underestimate the pain in the ass level of properly weaving while a panel is fixed in place. I pull my panels off 90% of the time to attach things- quicker in the long run and much less frustrating.

Physically installed fog lights but am debating about doing the nitori not prewired mod or having them turn on with the low beams via a tap and relay….. I’ll probably end up doing the nitori mod after I read (and re-read and re-read again x5) his thread….

also brushed on ncp2 on my quad hella horn connections, great stuff and a spray can (though the brush on stuff is better and more accurate less messy) will probably last your entire life for general casual use. Great for battery terminals too.
