Correct, 3.5 BS is the same as -38mm offset on a 9” wide wheel. Offset is how many mm on either side of the exact center of the wheel the mounting surface is. Backspace is the amount of inches behind the mounting surface is. Make sense? 0mm offset means the mounting surface is right in the middle of the wheel

 

Be sure to get some hub centric adapter rings to match these beadlocks wheel bore and our hub bore.

My Amazon has so many orders I can’t go back to them. Look up our hub note and get a set of 4 plastic or alloy hubcentric rings that adapt the battleborn hub size to our taco hub size. Super easy wish I remembered there numbers sorry man

FOR SALE: modified tundra steering rack (modified to be installed into a Tacoma)

I think I’m going a different route for steering modification. I’d like to sell my modified tundra rack that @Basikbiker made. I believe I paid him $1350 for this. Comes with everything you see here, new mounting bungs and bolts. Will ship.

 

This pic shows how the factory tacoma tie rod bolts to the rack thanks to the custom machining by @Basikbiker & you can see a factory tundra bellows boot which obv fits the tundra rack & then the outer boot needs to be hose clamped to the tacoma tie rod to be cinched down. I will include the tundra boots with the rack. $1350 which is what I paid for the rack, to basik biker. Will ship

 

What’s the new steering plan?

 

Undecided. Will buy a used oem rack and keep it in the parts tote and continue to wheel hard but smart & see what happens. I’d love to be able to drop 3k on Howe tc pump and slide rack but that’s not in the cards not for a long time. My priority right now is clearancing the front end for travel so I can get out on the trails

 

Made a bit more room on the passenger side today. Whew, it’s a lot of work swinging a 4 ft hammer but made some progress. Here is full lock

 

Make sure to slather that inner fender with that seam sealer stuff. I have a constant leak in mine from water from breaking the factory seal. But you may not need it as badly as we do out here

Did a laundry room Reno that I’m super stoked on. I installed vertical
Shiplap on 3 walls and wallpaper on the 4th, added some Home Depot cabinets and matching Home Depot lower cabinet. Cut a butcher block counter for the lower cabinet and will be mounting a floating matching butcher block shelf above the appliances. Added puck lights above the appliances also. So stoked. Coolest part - I cut a hole in the kick plate and floor of the lower cabinet for my cat so his litter box is all contained in the cabinet. Almost done - just need to put up my matching butcher block floating shelf above the appliances. Will be about 60” x 8.5”

 

Dats slick! Looks good. Pro tip for the light switch box they make extensions to bring the switches out to where they're supposed to be for the cover plate.
