Is there a manual somewhere that describes how the computers in our trucks utilize the maf and o2 sensor information? My old Chevy didn’t have a maf, and I haven’t had to mess with it on the Nissan, so I’m woefully out of date on that.

Don't think so. Are you having a problem? Check engine light? What are you trying to do?

Usually you clean the MAF with MAF cleaner and reinstall. Or replace it if cleaning doesn't help. O2 sensors, it's best just to replace them.

MAF tells the computer how much air is coming into the engine, O2 sensors tell the computer about the air fuel mixture after combustion. It uses both to adjust the air fuel mixture going into the combustion chambers. Super duper simplified but that's basically it.
