Bought a used REM 700 long range in 300 win mag, it has a Millett 4-16x50 on it, and Monday I’ll be seeing about getting the barrel threaded so I can suppress it. Put about 5 rounds through it and it’s going to be a fun gun.
Now I need to get dies, powders, and projectiles to try in it.

There is always such good deals on GAFS, but I swear you have to be a bot to snag anything. The same MOFO's are always calling dibs before I even see the damn post lol. The a month later "this is a catch and release from here" lol

 

Definitely gotta be on your toes if you want the good deals. Mostly I search for things I wanted and find old post that didn't sell bc they were priced too high and then message them with an offer.

The answer is NO, you can use a much smaller "Hand Stop" to help keep your non trigger hand away from the muzzle and blast.
