I wont use spacers, so I just ignore the 'lean' and tell my Dad when he asks why my my truck sits weird, that it is just him getting old and its really level.

All you need it to add another 1/4 of inch (find out how many turns Fox require to add that), how much is yours cracked up right now? Let's see those pictures. There are couple shops in the GTA area

But to be honest this is such a minor problem that you'll save that $500 by doing it yourself ;)

    ummm .....ya.
Switched over to my winters today (uhhhgggg factory sport rims) and found the source of the noise. Loose sway bar relocation bracket.
Decided on 6112's and some UCA's...shopping begins.

I still recommend get that bushing done tho, just for a piece of mind even if it's doing okay now. 6112 and some SPC arms and you got your basic setup dialed in. Just FYI they come with 600 lbs coil and if you plan on more weight up front find who sells with 650 lbs coil.

I'm planning out my suspension upgrade for mid-late 2022 and I'm encountering issues.

I'm having trouble looking for a good place to buy the following:
Extended Travel King Shocks/Coils w/ Adjusters
Icon RXT Progressive Leaf Pack or Deaver leaf springs(Stage 3)
    SPC UCAs
and probably some u-bolt flip kit.

Also, any additional info regarding upgrading to mid travel with 2-3 inch lift would be appreciated.
(I've read that lowering the front diff using a spacer is something to look at for a 3 inch lift but is there all there is to it?)

If you are going with KINGs get yourself some nice uppers, not some SPoooooC ;) Total Chaos, Camburg, Dirt Kings, JD Fab etc... :spending:
Do the diff bushing at the same time too... Overland outfitters @WormSquirts , Krave Auto, Credistone Auto where @pete37 can help you or just order from USA and have them shipped here. Black friday is coming too you know ;)

Icon leaf pack isn't designed for carrying weight just FYI just look at my truck - always empty, there is no overload in it either for the same reason. Get yourself some nice bump stops too at the same time. Durobumps, timbens or cheap way is to get some chevy ones

If you want true mid travel at the front you'll need to replace lower arms with aftermarket to allow proper pivot of the arms. While doing the lift have the cam bolts removed and pack them with antieseize because they sure get seized after a year or so. Do the spindle gusstes as well, may as well extend brake lines at the rear and do shock relocation and BAMF/Hammer Hangers, while at it grab a a sawzall and start cutting your fenders to fit 35s, buy plasma cutetr and chop those cab mounts to relocate them back, hammer pinch weld and start fabricating your own bumpers, weld upper control arm gussets, I got carried away... :sawzall::welder:

Read about diff drop and never shall this be considered again:
Remove the differential drop on your 05+ Tacoma | Tacoma World

I mean if I rip my diff from the frame without drop brackets, just imagine what could've been with them:anonymous:

    Fantastic information! Thank you.
I was thinking SPC because of the lack of maintenance required but I'll look into the others now.
I'm going to have to look into LCAs now...
Ant-seize on Cam Bolts has been added to the list.
Do I need Spindle Gussets? I'd have to find someone to weld them, I plan on trying to do all the work myself on my driveway.
I heard that I should be able to get away with not having to extend rear brake lines as long as I don't go over 2.5 inch lift.

Looks like Diff drop is off the list. Good to know. :hattip:

You had me all the way till I read Sawzall...
    I'm not cutting yet.

Camburg sells uppers with ball joints and greaseable bushings and Dirt Kings as well, they all essentially the same thing as SPC, I just like when uppers look fancy and not generic... :anonymous:

Check this video, but to be honest unless you going LT there is zero need for them in our area, just for a cool factor points :spending:

TOTAL CHAOS on Instagram: “• Part 1 ⁣ Why should you install a set of TOTAL CHAOS stock length replacement lower control arms? ⁣ Here are a few of the features and…”

If you wheel and plan on beating you do need spindle gussets, take them off when doing suspension and have a shop welded for you. :benchpress:

You don't need to extend brake lines unless you go for more travel, but I'll tell you this - those fittings also rust pretty bad :gossip: do it now, don't flare later :anonymous: Plus you would want shock relocation some day, rides much better:bikewhoops:

I might be going this route as well, if you come across any good deals around, please share. I'm going to get new leaf springs as well so part of me is thinking it might be worth shipping to Buffalo even if it means getting a PCR test.

Wasn't planning on a lift just yet but my front tire picked up a piece of something sitting in the Gardiner off ramp/Lakeshore, it bounced off my rocker seam, nicked a tire and flattened a rear shock. Shock was "ok" for about a week and then I came out after work and there was a puddle of oil under it. Tire still holds air but it's in the sidewall and through the cord, I think its time for 33". Oh well, could be worse, at least it's Black Friday soon

Yeah that's no bueno. The shock piston can't move past the pinch point.

    ummm .....ya.

    That sucks ass....
I will share any deals I see for sure. I'm about 50 min from the border (Sarnia/Pt. Huron) so I'm shopping in the states for sure. I'll have to weigh the pro's and con's on the PCR test. I hear its pricey. Here is what i don't get. I pass back and forth across the border for work requiring nothing other than a passport and a work visa, but if I want to go pick up parts and beer and I'm gone for 20 min I need a test? WTF.

I currently run a 3/2 spacer/block lift as I carry no extra weight but I want to look after the front properly as off road performance is meh at the best. The rear is fine for what I do..carry pretty much no weight and the 5100 were a great addition.

I'm wanting to stay as close as I can to a 3" in the front but I know realistically I can go 2.5 with out much problem.

This country leadership lost their mind long before all this, but we are the ones keep electing them, so fully deserve to suck it up. :bananadead:

If you plan wheeling 6112 is a good start for sure, but KINGS and Fox… #payoncecryonce  I would also recommend to upgrade front bump stops with durobumps as they are much softer and smoother compare to stock ones when you are going to tackle on the front suspension.

The Bilstein 6112 are the same price in Canada, if not a little cheaper than buying from the US. Example, Partsengine.ca $892.14 vs Headstrong (US) $732 USD or $918 CDN
