I don't know what that means and this day is too far gone to look it up. I'm lazy that way sometimes.

I still don't know what it means.

I make pretty good kielbasa. There's a place in Fells Point called Ostrowski's. Best damn Polish sausage this side of the pond.

I think I saw an episode of "Am I brave enough to eat this" aka bizarre foods w/AZ. Anyway, they were in the mid east eating at a "restaurant" and everything was in a giant hubcap on the ground, served room temp. The room in this case was some curtain draped outside hut in the 2,000 degree sun!!!!!!!!!! o_O No way is this kid devouring any of that shit. And I will eat the asshole outta a skunk, or so I've been told.

That's excellent! You almost need a heater on a day like today! :angrygirl: but seriously, glad you got it fixed.

I'm about to order 4 new duratracs for my 4runner. I've been putting it off long enough. The set on it now I bought & installed back in 2014, so they lasted me a long while. Even with the tread wear i never got stuck in the snow all last winter up on the mountain and they still handled great on the highway every weekend back & forth to WV. Still hate to spend the money tho.

The DT's did better on my 4RT than they did when I ran them on the Tacoma. I think it was the weight distribution. Have you looked at those two tires I told Jim about? The new Micky Thompson or the new Cooper? Either of those looks very promising. I think they have better warranties too. I might be wrong there.

Ouch, I know that's gonna sting a bit. How does your ( Karen's ?) 4runner handle with the load range E tires? I was looking at General Grabber X3's for the next set of tires for my 4runner, but it seems that they only make load range E in the size I want.

I know of a way to get some cash to offset the pain of buying new tires...

You won't be able to tell the difference. I use to run C's all the time, or D's. Now my last 4 or 5 sets of tires have all been E's and my ass can't tell. Heavier? Yes. (occasionally, there are anomalies to that logic) More money? Almost always. However, some may argue that more money gets you a stronger tire. I think research has proven that the Duratracs use less plys to achieve the same strength as others do with more. How is a mystery but there is a Duratrac thread on here with it all documented.

I like the General's. I had Red Letter Grabbers on something. I think it was my diesel Ram. Great tire, except in the slushy stuff.

I got Hankook Dynapro ATM's in the "P" style about 3 years ago, and they have been a great tire and they are still in decent shape. They performed really well in Colorado this summer, but I had a constant fear of a piece of angry granite slicing open the 2 ply sidewall. I had a few cuts in the treads but nothing to be alarmed at all. I want the next set of tires to be Colorado proof, I plan on going back next summer to summit a few trails that I didn't get to this year.

I run LT, not P, and C load on both my tacomas & lifted 4runner. With all the miles I drive I didn't want the extra weight of the E load. If I had a full size truck, played on the rocks or did alot of towing then I would opt for E load with the 10ply sidewalls. Now my lifted Landcruiser has duratrac E load 315's. C load has been fine for me.

The overland scene has become very “Ricey”, especially surrounding DC. It’s a shame. People buyin roof top tents that don’t even camp!

Was your interior flooded when you hydro locked the truck?

Removed and cleaned it all. Installed sound deadening and closed cell insulation. Better than new!

Why E range on the LC? Do you use that exclusively for towing or rock crawling?
