    I'm really sorry to hear this. I would be furious. First thing is I would reach out to Discount Tires in the area and ask for him. I'm sure they would not be happy to hear about him doing this. Also, I would file a report so that local law enforcement knows. Lastly, I would contact your bank in regards to Zelle and see what they have to say. You could try to dispute it in some way.

    The only thing that makes me think this is an active attempt to avoid refund is the deleting of his FB account/blocking calls, etc. If he is sick that is one thing, but well enough to delete social media...doesn't point to someone that is just simply ill and unable to reply.
