I have about 20k on mine, but I'm assuming they could go for hundreds of thousands of miles...

    ;)

Seriously though, I'm not sure.... for me, plenty. I got some pretty impressive articulation last weekend when wheeling, but I'm running extended Tundra shocks.

Can you confirm this for me.
I think I have it right.
I have stage 3 springs and one has a "L" and the other a "R".
Does the one with the "L" go on the passenger side and the "R" one go on the driver side?
    Thx

Yep, imagine you're sitting in the driver's seat. To your right is the passenger, and you're on the left, or driver's side.

Cause my installer but them on the other way.
Having an issue with the 2 bottom leafs on the passenger side rotating.
And I just got off the phone with Deaver and they confirmed what you said.

I'd recommend taking it back to the shop and having them fix it... but if they don't know their right from their left, I wouldn't want them touching my truck either... tough spot.

I asked Deaver a couple questions about travel, droop and negative arch.
Q: How much overall travel will get from my stage 3.
    A: That's a good question but he didn't know.

Q: How much negative arch should I allow.
A: They recommend using the factory bump stops. Shouldn't allow more than 1 inch.

Q: How much droop should I allow or could I let them extend down as far as they can.
A: They can be allowed to droop down until they start to separate.

Think I spoke with John and he was great to chat with and he encouraged me to tell folks to give them a call with any questions. Doesn't sound like they are replying to emails. Just too many emails since covid hit.

Deaver said my lower leafs rotating wouldn't be from having them on the wrong sides.
Told me to check and make sure the ubolts are still torqued correctly and I should torque to ~100ft lbs with my ubolt flip kit.

I have already straightened the leafs but only torqued the ubolts to 75ft lbs.
So I'll straightened again and torque to 100ft lbs.

So I got my Stage 2’s installed last night. The front is still at stock ride height which I’m going to adjust to +2” this weekend. I’m running about 300-400# over stock in the back and I got like 4” of lift from them which is more than I was expecting. Just added another 500# of gear in the back just to see and it only dropped like a 1/2”. Anyone else get too much lift from their springs or should I expect these to settle and lose some lift? I wasn’t trying to lift the truck to the sky, just wanted it to hold the extra weight of the topper and gear. Maybe I should have gone Stage 1.

My stage 3 leafs settled a bit after a couple camping trips with a lot of weight. I don't have measurements, but it's definitely not as high as when first installed. Also when I installed, I bounced the back of the truck before torquing everything down.

I have the stage IIs paired with Bilstein 5160s. Mine were also sky high when I first installed them. I was a little nervous at first but they eventually settled an inch or so. @Maxx , I originally had a GFC but sold it over the summer and am now running the same smartcap as you. The Deavers ride smooth as silk unloaded, but still hold the same lift height when you've got the bed filled with gear. In between the GFC and Smartcap I ran the truck bed empty for a few months...there was more rake than I liked and the ride was pretty stiff, but the stage IIs still felt good.

Here's my Stage 2's with no extra weight in the bed yet. Fox 2.5 for shocks and ride is not too bad at all, but it did lift more than I expected

They'll settle a bit. I did the deaver stage 2's and wescott kit up front. Expected it to be about 1 1/2" up front and 2" rear, ended up being 2 1/2" front and 3 1/2" rear... At first I was worried but now it's settled in and works awesome. I'm not a baja guy, I like crawling and not spinning. They flex great also.
