Hey guys , new guy here and just back into Tacoma's ... I am in the market for a 2011 quad cab , 4x4 , TRD . Sticker price in my area around the PA/NJ area is 31k
Toyota never seems to have any specials on these trucks and never seems to be much room to haggle with the dealers .
I know the Tacoma is a great truck , all the other manufactures can't give there trucks away but these trucks don't seem to have much room off the sticker .
I have not bought a new Toyota in years , how much off the sticker is a good deal these days ?
Should I take the extended warranty and what are they going for these days .

    Thanks

    greg

I just got my 11 dbl cab TRD Off Road, i dont know if your looking for a sport or off road, in my area (western slope, CO) sticker was 32,700 ish, and i bought for around 30,600. Price varies a lot based on region, here these trucks sell really fast and dealers have a hard time keeping them in stock, other places people pay far less. Dealers dont move on the price much because they dont have any room to move. But you are buying a truck that doesnt lose its value, pay more now and sell it for more later. Good luck with the purchase.

The reason there are never any "specials" or high rebates is because Toyota trucks sell themselves. They don't need 5k rebates like ford and chevy to sell cars.

Use TrueCar.com to get a real idea of how much you are willing to pay for it. You can get dealers to compete against one another, but if there is a dealer you like (I know, hard to believe), try to work with them to get the absolute best price.
