It was a frigid 50* minutes his morning. Lol. I’m in Pensacola, up in the western panhandle, we actually get freezing temps here late in winter.

I shouldn't have but I just looked at the 10 day forecast.

Five days we don't get above freezing for the high.

Too bad my new jacket won't be here in time to test it but I have a feeling it *might* get a fair bit colder than upper 20's so there's still testing time...

Fun little setup from this morning. All I had to do was drill and tap two M4 holes in 10 parts.

usually when I use the angle plate I take the bottom vises off and bolt it to the table but I figured for 10 parts that was a lot of work to then dial the vises back in straight.:rolleyes:

Yeah indicating two vises in isn’t fun, even using a straight bar to get them close.

Least asked question is can you eat Quartz. The answer is yes but you shouldn't.

Pardon the interruption fellas.. I finally figured out where all the cool kids are hanging out and I have questions.

My most pressing one today is What would you clear coat polished aluminum and polished copper with?

Well while I do like the idea and have done such things in the past, I'm actually looking to highlight the copper and the aluminum colors when polished without adding 10,000 fingerprints

My previous comment is a long running joke in this thread. Everything gets powder coated green.

Coupled with the fact that I have NO IDEA what the real answer is.
