I'll dig em out later and check the compatible sizes on the bag.. most chains are adjustable so you should be alright but I'll double check so as to not waste your time

Camping Meal planning? I think you mean “dumping the contents of my fridge into a cooler and adding ice…”

Hopefully in about an hour. It’s 15 hours and change to big bend , I can knock off a chunk of that today, get there tomorrow. Just gotta be over to the tx coast in a week.

I get the not feeling like family thing. I’m in a very not feeling like dealing with people thing.

Thank you for the replies. Just thinking about what Utah will be like in February. I found a link with some cool pictures. Snow-covered red rocks will be cool. It looks like we may not see many other people out that time of year.

I don't think that I'll need to worry about getting buried up in a mud bog. Ha! My buddy and his wife's final destination is SLC for a wedding on Saturday 2/12.

I'm thinking we can go visit C Dan at the LC museum on Friday 2/11. It would be a week of off-roading coming up from the south. I'm sure we'll take I40 to Flagstaff and then head north. I met my bud and his wife in Silverton last summer. We've been off-roading in the Ozarks a couple of times since then. Our Silverton group has been having get-togethers every couple of months since then. We'll all rendezvous back in Silverton during the last week of July.

I'll need to buy some real winter wear and a good thermal sleeping bag. I can fold the rear seat down and sleep in the back of the hundy. I need to start getting camping gear ready -- maybe hit some black Friday sales.

I sure would like to have a drone for this trip. But I need a roof rack other stuff for comping much worse.
