True story time…
The first few years my wife and I were married, we only had one car. One day she wanted me to let her keep it to go shopping while I was at work. I told her no and went to work.
She was pissed off and got on a local BST radio station and bought a car not much better than the one above for $200.00. At least it ran. After she got her shopping out of her system and cooled off, she sold it for $300.00

We had broken casement windows in our bedroom that needed replaced (like one was almost a fish tank ) along with our front facing windows that had some broken dual pane. Unfortunately bringing them to current code means losing some of the view but they're all east facing and will now all pivot open for easy cleaning, porch roof access and all that energy efficiency jazz. They're Andersen windows if that means anything aside from expensive.

Super excited here! Not that I don't enjoy our adventures to go get it elsewhere but WA dispensaries suck in comparison to what we're used to. Hoping here we'll have a better experience locally

Nope. Only been in one fender bender that was my fault, and I barely clipped the guy. Never been in any other crashes.
