Hopefully that’s how it ends up. I wouldn’t trust him though personally, considering how hot the TRD Pro market is and how willing folks are to travel many states over to secure a wanted vehicle. It’s likely they could /easily/ make 20-30k over msrp on a brand new gen Tundra pro.

    Best of luck.

No, didn't come across the quad lock until after I ordered the Magsafe mount from Ram. I ran a magnetic mount for years in other vehicles and my Taco until I got the DMM from Taco Garage and decided to try the Ram X grip.

Yup. Took her for the first time this summer. I was so happy when I asked today and she said yes.

Swung by SDHQ this afternoon and grabbed their dual behind-grill light bar mount. Now I’m just looking into which light bars I’ll be selecting. Likely a 30” Baja Designs OnX6 for white and a 30” BD S8 for amber. Seems to be a highly recommended setup. Lights will be controlled by a SwitchPros 9100.

Love the lights etc, but it looks like a lot of light is lost through the grille.

Research shows that’s not a big concern in these applications. Baja Designs stuff is top tier quality and light output is pretty prodigious. Also the lights fit pretty closely against the grille, so the light lost behind it is more or less negligible. Plus, I want a stealth install that also offers a bit of a buffer to protect from rock and debris strikes.

Just saw them this morning, ordered this afternoon. Went with the SSC2 Sports. It seems like a decent price for what I already know is going to be a top-quality product.
I was considering their flush mount kit, but cutting would give me too much anxiety. They're going to get filthy during the winters around here.:annoyed:

I went with the ever so popular OEM bed step because my old ass needs help getting in the back of my truck and my knees are shot so BOOM! Problem solved. :bananadance: It’s not for everyone but it helps.

I ordered these DEPO TRD Pro tail lights because they have more black housing then the OEM and because I ordered them through Unique Style Racing which is only an hour from my house. Using the code TACOTRL, the price was only $200 for both, bulbs and shipping included. I want to get rid of the chrome but I didn’t want a smoked out lens to diminish the LED output, for safety reasons. I thought this was a cleaner look and safer alternative. Price was right.

Ordered mine from them too. It's a subtle difference with black, but so much better.

Did you add the OEM black chrome exhaust tip on your truck? Mind posting a pic of your truck with it? I’ve been wanting to do the same. I have the OEM chrome tip that came with my truck and I like it so I haven’t changed it out. Thanks!

There is a bolt and bracket on the frame. You have to remove.
Call a couple bumper places. See if they will sell you those brackets.

Buy a 5 pin relay and use the normally closed contact to run the License plate lights and tap the reverse light wire to actuate the relay. That way when you put your truck into reverse the License plate lights will turn off. Zero glare!
