Gonna call that a wrap other than programming and needing to grab a safety relay from the machine this is retrofitting.
    IMG_20211116_121046291.jpg

Now to build a slightly different version of the same thing for another machine. @Abeyancer Im gonna try those Invertek drives on that one. Not only were they the only ones I could find in stock (yet still takes 15 days to ship for some reason?), but they sure are tiny for a 480v 2hp drive. One of the only drives small enough for me to cram three of em in the panel. Cant wait till they arrive as I always like trying new equipment.

yeah, it’ll totally break your shit. my driver head light points at the ground and I have cracks here and there.

Your truck will drive better if you try to keep the weight between the axles and lower. Like the front of the bed.

That's freekin awesome! They're manufactured in the UK and stocked (in the US) in IL. If IL doesn't have it, then it comes from England, so that's probably why the 15 day wait time. I am absolutely amazed at how compact their drives are, we use the 15hp 4X drive with built in disconnect and if you disregard the height, the footprint is the smallest in the industry I could find from a reliable source. I'm fairly certain all their drives use the metalized polyfilm capacitors vs the classic oil filled ones, I think that's part of why they can make em so small.

You're too smart and capable to need to pick my brain if you run into any parameter questions, but feel free to ask if you want!

The faster you drive the less time you have to get into an accident.
