Anyone here have ideas or knowledge of the xbull winches?
Some guys local to me have them and love them Zero complaints so far. I still haven't bought a winch yet but getting close to the need for one.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

    Would an engine hoist help.

I happened to obtain one of those recently. We can just do it the old fashion way if the engine hoist makes it more of a pain in the ass.

Get a couple of tires. Set them in front of the truck and set the bumper there. Do whatever assembly you need to. It will be easy enough to mount the bumper. If you're by yourself, the hoist does not hurt.

Q and I were able to hold the bumper in place while Melissa got the bolts started. I spent more time trimming the plastic than the bumper install. No lights or winch to f with, it wasn't bad. We will have plenty of time for beverages and bs.

I’ve been wondering the same thing. The YouTube guy “Matt’s Off-road recovery” has one and it seems to work for him.

Personally I’ve got a smittybuilt that seems to always give me trouble when I need it. I finally replaced the plug and socket for the controls and that seems to have helped. Anyway I don’t trust it and I’m looking at other winches.

You should get one and let us know how it goes!:D

LOL. I'm not trying to be a creep or anything but I saw this picture and realized I had seen this house on one of my friends Facebook page a couple days ago. Sure enough, went back and checked, you must know him.
