    Hello everyone ,

I have a really annoying issue with my 2017 TRD Pro that the local dealership seemed to not know how to fix / made worse.

Back in July i left my lights on one night by accident and my battery died. The next morning i jumped the car and got it started and all the sudden I had this "Check Vehicle Stabilization" light on. My Blind side monitoring wouldnt work either all of the suddden, when i press the button it says "Check blind side monitoring" . Super annoying. Literally, I went from zero lights everything working , to my battery dying , to all of these lights and issues.

I figured this must just be a stupid computer issue because the car ran and drove the exact same and really nothing changed other than the battery dying.

I recently brought my 2017 into a local toyota dealership to hope for them to reset the computer and fix the issue. All of my local mechanics said that they couldnt reset that specific light. Ugh. THe mechanic called me back yesterday and said that a zero point check would fix the issue. They then called me back and said "the zero point check did nothing" and that I need front brakes and my "steering stabilization sensor" is broken and it costs $1000+. WTF! I told them no thanks and went to pick up my car. The dummies made it worse! Now my Check ABS brake system light is on as well. This is so annoying I really want to just clear all of these checks and get back to no lights on . Any ideas?

    How old is the battery?
Disconnect battery negative for 30-60 minutes. Connect battery negative and see if your Christmas tree lights go away.

I have encountered new batteries that have internally failed. You may want to bring it to the place you got it from and have them load test it.

You think it might be a battery issue?

Is that the newest thing you have done to your truck?
What electrical mods do you have? When were they installed?

Alway start with the last thing that was done.
What do you have to loose having the battery load tested?

Did you have any problems when you jump started it. Cross the cables or any sparks? Need to rule out you inadvertently damaged a computer.
