Define normal….

I’m not sure I really know what “normal” is anymore. Help me O great campomod one!

 

I told my dr I needed more meds 4 months ago.
Dr said I just increased it. I said wasn’t enough.
So next month I’ll prove it. Maybe I’ll get some relief.
Not going to starve and eat tofu the rest of my life..
so I ate everything good that I liked.

I assumed going vegan.

Im a meat and potatoes and pasta guy with plenty of sauce.
I use to eat 1/2 chocolate Pie in a sitting after a big meal.

I’ve given up or cut down plenty.

im only going to go so far.

the only way right now I can get close is to work a full ass busing day like at the shop.
I didn’t sign up to retire and have to spend my day at the gym etc.
I’m still very light on meds so we will see..

We are having some really nice weather ahead of cold front next week. I’m trying to get in some fun stuff while it lasts. Went on a little hike yesterday looking for the remains of a 1920s sawmill out on state land (I’m a history nerd ). It was a good hike and I only got 1 boot wet. Lol

 

It's the lack of red meat in their systems, makes them slur their words!!

morning all. just got back from my doc appt. went over results with doc and all is good. he wants me to take a b12 complex and vitamin d. I'm not the healthiest mofo but glad to know im ok. Now for the cologuard-fun fun.

Afternoon

 

Evening folks, it’s a cold ass wind blowing out there tonight.Got home from work ,did a few things outside, froze my tuccus off. Cocktail time

 

I have been working from home constantly since March 2020 when many companies sent their employees to work from home. I'm an IT Engineer, so I can work from anywhere. I work 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, which is fine with me, since I'm one of those loathsome *morning people*. And I like getting off work so early in the afternoon.

I live in Zoom meetings all day, with other internal IT support teams, and occasionally third party vendor tech support people, but my company has a security policy that prohibits us from using web cams of any type, as we are a health insurance company, and some employees may have Member's personal / health information that could be visible, and would therefore be a HIPAA or other violation should such information appear on camera. So I get to wear tank tops, gym shorts, and flip-flops to work every day Most of my team mates are spread all over the central / eastern US, and so none of them know what I look like anyway, nor do I know what they look like.
