Well, here was a trial and error. Last C&C, it was dark when I left home, and my climate controls looked like this:



I haven't been in the truck in the dark since, until I remember this week. Though I would try some little LED replacements, and picked yellow as I thought it would be closest in color. Only $6 something at Amazon..... They are called a T4/T4.2 Neo Wedge bulb if you find you need them - two in the climate module.




And the result?



Nope. No blue in the temp ring, not as bright, but it would be the right color if it had more Lumens. The "white" LED was the very cool white. I will order some replacement INC bulbs, and might try something else too. Cheap fun.

 

The birds probably ate them all up.

Good Morning SA! Off to the heart Doc in a few for a 6 month check, then some errands. No Austin for me today! Happy Friday Friday!

 

Well they didn’t always suck. Years ago when I was in the industry they were pretty top notch as far as I saw. That was in Ohio and I didn’t see them having premature rust or failures.

Nowadays I would agree with you, like I said, my ball joints are already rusting and one of my tie rod boots did already rip.
I’d never had those issues with them before.

 

Like virtually everyone, their plants are all over the world now. Many of these locations actually manufacture for more than one brand, just like appliances.
