Buyer Beware: Southern Retrofits / LSC15

For the record I paid on March 27 and see John Y. (Non-TW member) as the last person on the list. @PacTac since you're a TW member when did you pay? And who has paid before March 27th that isn't on the list? Really I'm just trying to figure out how many people are in front of me at this point.

 

Good luck on a refund. I've been trying that route but I'm SOL on $1600 CAD as well. Luckily my wife is cool about it. I'm not, but I'm not quite ready to send my lawyer after him since that's over borders and messy.

 

If I had to make a good guess. All the money you guys sent him got spent on his separation. Now he’s trying to recover and fill the orders from his own pocket/and take care of his self and his bills at the same time.

So its been a little over a month. Anybody on the list get their lights?

 

I'm sure OP will chime in with a generic post about how he's working diligently on everyone's orders. Meanwhile another month has passed without any progress, updates, etc. Honestly I'm confused why the moderators still let this guy operate on Tacomaworld. I went through the exact same bullshit 3-4 years ago.

 

I did this and they are getting me my money back for never have gotten the lights. Pretty sure they will be contacting you Logan. I just bought a home and amongst everything else happening I don’t need to have over a grand just sitting in limbo. I have my own set of problems and stuff going on in my life. I gave you enough time to post 1 single picture to show you have done something with the money everyone sent you and you couldn’t handle that. I’ll be more than happy to pay you for the lights when you post my set finished, working, and a shipping label to me. Until then, good luck man.

 

They will be coming I can assure all of you. Inventoried all parts since I moved houses. Builds and pictures to follow. I can assure everyone

Seems a lot of these retrofit guys all have a lot in common.
Take tons of $1,000+ orders and make customers wait monthhhhhs even a year+ giving bunch of this and that excuses to cover themselves.
I got retrofits a few years ago from someone waited 9 months and never want to do it again. I want a new set made sometime soon and don’t even know where to go to have them made as i am not looking to wait a year.

 

I’m working it all man. Everybody will see this start to come out. I appreciate everyone’s continued patience

Best to go with a real company like CW Customs or Kustom54. These garage retrofitters are a joke.

 

Next set of retros i buy if i do i am going to go thru lightwerkz.


And i did purchase from a company and not a garage company. lol.
