That’s because you’re in the wrong pins, if I’m seeing that correctly.

If you rotate the diagram to match how you’re holding the plug, the two pins are in the upper left.

I may be wrong. I just realized that the pinout diagram may be looking at the plug from the front, in which case you’re correct. Just start shoving wires into the empty holes and see what happens.

No he has it right, the plug diagram is looking "into the plug", so you have to flip it upside down and do a 180. Hard to visualize but they are correct.

Pin 11 is green which is for brake warning and Pin 12 is pink which is for high beams which match up to his plug

did you wire the correctly at the t-case? You'll need the two wires you ran to the cluster to go to each of the detent switches. The other wire on the detent switches need to be wired to a good ground. And also, did you put the detent switches in the right spot on the case? There is also a neutral sensor which should stay plugged.

For your setup the white wire should go to switch No. 3 (passenger side) and the blue wire should go to switch No 2 (drivers side front switch port). Switch 1 should be capped.

I remember taking my time and referencing that wiring diagram when I set it up, confident that it’s correct at the transfer case. So if my wires are in the correct holes, then I need to get a good ground and try bigger gauge wire. If that don’t work then I will give up

From the pic, I honestly just dont think those wires are making a good connection to the pins on the back of the gauge cluster through the connector.

I cant tell from the photo but they look like they are pushed through the back of the plastic connector without a crimped metal contact on the pins that seats properly. Might be making the connection...might not. Still just trying to throw out possible issues. Looks like you've done it all right.

They are correct, all the colors line up with the other pin numbers, he is holding the plug looking opposite from the drawing pinout reference.
