I was going to let my beard get long since I’ve never been able to grow one due to military and LE. After about 12 weeks I trimmed it. I just trimmed it again to about 1/2”. Looks much better according to my wife. Guess the mountain man look is not going to be a thing with me.

Interesting --fun for rich people. Seems to me the cars were pretty much junk already -- but the boars trailers and motors?? Maybe they were dressed up junk?

He is better, he messed around with sleep and paid for it. A few years ago, he had a seizure and fell and landed on his shoulder. It now dislocates all the time. We went to an orthopedic surgeon and he has lost bone so he needs a bone graph from a cadaver. But the surgeon won't do it if he is going to have another seizure. Kid is bummed, he has lost 2 jobs because of the shoulder.
I tend to use the bathroom at home.

The desert, however, is my litterbox.

give this a try sometime, its awesome. makes enough for about 6 big servings and its pretty filling
    sausage soup

    • 1 lb Italian ground pork sausage
    • 1 cup chopped onions
    • 1 tbsp EVOO
    • 2-3 cups carrots, chopped small
    • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
    • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
    • 6 cups chicken broth (from two 32-oz cartons)
    • 1 can (19 oz) cannellini beans, drained, rinsed (red kidney beans work well too)
    • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
    • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 3/4 cup (3 oz) small ring pasta, such as ditalini
    • 3 cups baby spinach, coarsely chopped
brown the sausage and set it aside for the grease to drain
in stock pot or dutch oven (5qt) over med heat add in the EVOO and chopped onions. once the onions are just about done and turning clear add in the garlic, carrots, fennel and oregano. add the drained sausage back to the pot. continue to cook over med. for another 5-10.
add in the tomatoes, broth, beans and bay leaf and bring to a simmer for about 15 to 20 or until carrots start to soften.
    rinse and chop spinach
remove the bay leaf (PITA to find once the spinach is added so dont forget)
add spinach and pasta and cook until pasta is al dente

i like to sprinkle a few parmesan crisps on top or serve with foccacia or garlic bread

Took the softopper off the back of the truck, removed everything from the bed and washed the 11 years if desert dirt out.

Helping a kid move some furniture and got a double jerrycan holder for some extended trips we have planned. So good time to clean.
