I believe there are 2 yellow one. One of them has to work.

Turn on key but don’t start the engine, put the car in reverse and try both yellow wire.

Is there a way to adapt the existing factory gps and satellite antenna to my head
unit? The Toyota factory Fakra plugs aren't standard.
Does this unit use the factory mic?
Is there a way to get my factory USB plug to work?
I found this adapter to retain the factory USB plug. I'll probably upgrade it later.

Those are the 2 items I used to make your oem gps antenna work with the joying. For the mic, someone on here made an adapter ($50?) to make the oem mic work otherwise you will have to use the aftermarket mic that comes with the kit.

Just got my 10.1 in, installed it in my 2018 with JBL and everything seems to work but no audio output, not even beeps from clicking on things. I verified the unit has output but I think it's not playing well with the JBL amp. They sent me the PN:TU-CAN harness which is different from the one suggested on page 1 in this thread... maybe that's the problem? The joying guys are on vacation for Chinese new year so no help from them for another week!!! :(

Did the installation require a metra or scosche install kit? Or did the original radio brackets work?

I used my oem brackets and it works flawless! No install kit needed.

None yet, starting over!! OME lift w/ Dakars & 885's Remote Start w/ window control
Just installed mine as well (11.6" single din version). I had/chose to take a grinder to grind off a couple of the dimples on the OEM brackets to get a better fit, and ran down to Ace Hardware for some 1/4" steel spacers to adjust how far I needed to bring out the radio for the screen to attach. Fits pretty perfect.

Looking for adapters for OEM GPS antenna, but in the meantime, I just stuck the Joyiing GPS antenna behind the dash panel (between the defroster vents) and so far it works just fine. Did not install the 4G antennas yet, still trying to figure out if I can get a data only sim from my Xfinity phone account. Using a USB cable though, I can go into my phone settings and turn on UUSB tethering and that works great (aside from having to do it every single time). Wifi hotspot works just fine though and connects without prompting.

Also looking for a double USB outlet to fit in down below the heater controls (next to the oem usb port)... if anyone knows of one, send me a link? Otherwise II might be looking to find someone that can 3d print an idea for a cover plate to close up the opening behind the screen where the OEM radio used to be

Those running a dedicated SIM... Do you have to manually pick your network each time or does it remember which to connect? I'm on Google Fi/T Mobile and it likes to forget which to use and I have to manually choose it which takes quite a bit. Auto connect feature doesn't seem to choose the correct network to use.

I have Google/Fi and I don't have this issue. It auto connects with ease and fast. Perhaps its some setting? Or try updating the firmware?

Hmm... Do you leave it on "Auto Connect"
Also since you`re a FI memeber, Did you do the H2G2 APN?

I found that using the settings menu and connecting to wifi does not save for some reason. But I have learned if you drag the menu down from the top edge of the screen and select the wifi icon your settings save from there.....Hold your finger on the wifi icon to go to the wifi menu as a shortcut. Hope it helps.

I am not sure what H2G2 APN is. Also I poked around on the settings to see if I could figure out your issue. I don't believe I have any auto-connect setting. A dedicated Google fi sim shouldn't require any correlation to Wifi. Are you "auto-connecting" to wifi?

I don't know if this helps. Either Access data is on or its not. There is no option to add H2G2 APN. The "Advance" option just opens a non-functioning option to do wifi calling (didn't take a photo of that).

    Perhaps do a factory rest?

I simple physically installed the sim, and bam...it just worked. I didn't have to do any special settings.

Weird. Mine didn't work right out of the box and most had to set up a new APN for Google Fi to recognize the headunit. My Joying has the option to Manually connect to a network or Auto connect to a network and then the option to pick one (Given only the Fi networks will work). Since my post though I've kinda got it working, some mornings I just have to reboot the HU for it to connect.

Yes, mine is probably once a month. Also android auto is a laggy stuttery mess that crashes pretty frequently. Music skips when I use it so I have to just use bluetooth instead. I'd really like to switch this thing out for something else but I'm still on the search for something that doesn't suck or isn't extremely overpriced

Here is a tip I just found that is very useful for those of us having trouble with the small text on these beautiful 1900 x 1200 large screens.

Go in to the developer settings / code 3368 / then change the "smallest width" setting to 824 or similar and it will change the font on all of the apps to an easier to read size. The default setting on mine was 1140. This helped me out tremendously.
