All, introduced myself the other day in the new member's area--thanks for all the responses! Just posting some updated pics with the factory accessories... Predator steps, skid plate, bed extender, BluLogic (which works great with my iPhone), TRD charcoal floormats, tint.

Want to do some more and I have a little cash I'm willing to spend but don't want to void the warranty so I may wait on a lift (although I want a 3" lift bad). Any inputs, ideas, or what definitely not to do. Thanks for your input!

    looks great!

all-terrain tires really change the look of the whole truck. plus, if you intend on doing any sort of "exploring," i think you'll find that the stock tires leave a lot to be desired.

I have a stock Tacoma as well that I want to do a 2" or 3" lift to as well. With so many options out there (spacers, levelers, blocks, add a leaf), I'm not sure which way to go without spending too much money. Any advice would definately be helpful.

I'm going with the 5100 shocks, aal, and eibach coils
Should give me 2.5"-3" lift for low price of $650 people say it's good set up

    :thumbsup:Welcome!
    Truck looks awesome.
The Eibachs with 5100s set at 0.85 are a great ride. I did the 5100s alone on my last taco and it had a stiff/rough ride do to the added preload on the shock. On my new taco, I'm doin the Eibachs with 5100s set at 0 and the rear spring TSB. Guessing you haven't been on here long enough to know that Toytec is where to get the Eibachs and 5100s from Downsouth Motorsports. They have their own thread thingys and there are discounts codes in their little areas. Both vendors are awesome.
The dealership may try to tell you that a lift voids warranty but it doesn't. They have to prove that whatever mod you did directly caused the failure of any problem.
    Hope this helps

I've heard that but is that only if a qualified shop/tech installs them? What about those average joes that install their lifts themselves, like me?

I'm in the same boat as you...just got a 11 TRD Sport 4x4. Everyone says to go with the 5100 bilstein. Toytec has an "ultimate" kit but its pricey. I think the 5100's and an AAL will be our best bet! I'm getting the Fuel Hostage 18" wheels with 285/60R18 Nitto Trail or Terra Grapplers...I'll post some stock and after pics in a few weeks!

I say drive it for awhile and figure out what you want/need.
You don't want to buy something and then later figure out it was something you didn't like or something like that.

Beautiful truck by the way. Love that color.

How much can be expected out of the eibach 5100 combo at .85 with a 4x4? About 2.5"?
