Here in metro Atlanta, all of the Nissan dealerships are the drizzling shits. They play the "Salesman 101" gimmick to the max. It's pathetic.

The last Gen frontier here (pro 4x) had a lower resale value than a Tacoma but it was about the same as the lower initial purchase price so I was considering a new pro4x. But when I see they are now the same price as a Tacoma, I passed

Lol to people complaining it's a shitty comparison, we know and they know to the guy doing the video knows his stiff and so does his dad, they compare what is available and it just so happens that for once this year they have access to a frontier and a tacoma models specd for offroad capability, they might not be perfect comparison but pretty close they do the best they can, and for those saying this is easy off road i saw many trucks get stuck in some of their trails they use, you people are such little complainers i cant believe it bunch of crybaby's here sometimes damn

Love my truck im not a crybaby complaining about everything, gets the job done, payload is great and ita a light truck capable off road, whats your point? Are you one of them stupid complainers? A truck is a truck wether you have yhe 2.7 or 3.5 v6 both have their place depends on what you use it for

I had a 2016 Frontier before my Tacoma. The Nissan definitely had more power, or at least it felt like it put more power to the ground.
Fit and finish of the Nissan sucked compared to my Tacoma.

My 2010 2.7 4x4 was great. I still miss that truck and sometimes wonder if it was a mistake selling it.

Don't let the keyboard warriors on here get under your skin and feel like you have to defend your truck.

I agree the comparison wasn't great and they should have used an auto TRD Offroad. They did say the TRD Pro was the only thing that was available / provided for the test.

Where I use to work we had base Tacoma’s with the 2.7. I am amazing how long they last with people beating them. It’s sad, my co-workers don’t own the vehicle, so the beat them.

I think the point was to compare the highest model of both trucks.

The Frontier does look nice and solid, but it still doesn't impress me enough to trade the TRD in on it. Good review.

I saw a quicksand Pro4-X the otherday. The truck didn't look bad, but nothing about it made me want to go buy one. I still like the Ranger the best out of all the midsize offerings. Looks like a truck, I like the subdued styling and the fact it has traditional style bumper. I wouldn't say its the best looking truck. Sometimes the Tacoma, and now the new Frontier are a bit over dramatic in styling.

My buddy loves the power and smooth ride in his new nissan prox4. Claims the best thing he ever did was unload his 2019 trd.

My understanding is press trucks are hard enough to get in general, but especially in Canada.

Problem is that the Pro-4X in that trim comes with nothing even a standard tech OR 4x4 comes with. Equip them the same and you are now in the upper 42 so 43 almost 44 depending on delivery.

There is a reason why there is 5 of these sitting on the local nissan lot with a dozen SVs and Ss but every toyota dealer I've seen pretty only has a handful of trucks almost all of them Longbeds or basic SR5s left.
