Roast my Tacoma! (2nd gen edition)

Finally, someone posted their old man edition Tacoma to get this thread back on track.

I guess the only way I could have made this anymore old man is if I got the old man tan color. When I was looking for trucks over a year ago I almost did get a 07' or so double cab in old man tan but they were asking way too much.

 

Probably need those side steps to save your knees from bending that extra 10° since your glucosamine pills aren't working like they used to... Also no need for the bug deflector, probably don't drive fast enough to get anything caught in your grille anyway, speaking of your grille do you need to take your dentures out before or after your split pea soup at the nursing home?

Not even really roasting your tacoma at this point but the funny thing is mine is bright red with a camper shell so I can't really talk...

Who needs a brush guard when you can literally push everything out of the way with that massive chin spoiler, Thanos looking ass. And yea what’s up with that chin spoiler on a second gen anyways? You had to go out of your way to put that garbage on your truck, grandpa must be off his meds again. And those piss yellow Amazon special fog lights really add to this abomination you call a front end. I’ve seen better front ends at a damn strip joint in the meth capital of Alabama.

There we go that is what I was looking for. Almost brought a tear to this "GrAnDpäS" eyes. I have the super awesome chin strap as a test to see if it helps anything. It is made from only the best offered by Home Depot because that's only where this old guy shops. Besides it's the only home improvement store accessible by the golf cart trail in my retirement community. I love my Amazon lights. I only get flashed with brights about once or twice everytime I drive it but man I can see really well. Hey I might seem like a boomer but at least my truck doesn't look like a vehicle owned by a millenial. Us old guys got style and were true pioneers in automotive upgrades.

i just want to know why it has that chin thing..... the wheels are rather tastless they are one of the worst oem option wheels in years.... but what is up with that fitment! the wheels are sunk in and dont even sit flush makes it look goofy! also whats with your headlights? it looks like your truck is crying on the inside because of how it looks..... cant say anything about the shell because i have one as well lol

 

Are my wheels really that off compared to other trucks. They dont look any different than any other trucks with the same ones I've seen.

 

its just an ugly time period when companies made shit oem wheels and the 2nd gen tacoma is one of the worst looking oem wheels and thats comparing to old civics running steelies... oem wheels from the mid 2000s were just ugly cheap and awful boat anchors
