Its foam padding. No way that would hurt more than the hard ass plastic tailgate

It just looks like a diamond plate. It is foam rubber. Got to be better than kneeing the hard plastic!

ordered Victory4x4’s Molle panel for the driver side lower console. Does anyone know where I can get a Molle pouch similar to the one in their picture? It’s perfect! I can’t find anything I like searching online.

Yes. The auto lock was a pain just fitting the double looms into the locking tabs (see pics). All the rest was just running wire looms and using lots of zip ties but easy job. The Spiker hood struts I did pretty fast. I took off the plastic side covers in the engine compartment and measured 6” from the top of my standard hood support arm. Then you put in a pole to hold the hood in place. You can go up to 8” with the Spiker struts. After that is was quick. Wiped the surfaces down and applied painters tape and marked the fasteners. Then used a 3/16 drill bit and bored the holes enough that the head of the rivets would slide in. Make sure you have a drill bit guard or tape on the bit so you do not drill more then a 1/4”. You don’t want to accidentally drill through the top of your hood. I had a cheap manual rivet gun that I had to squeeze 4-5 times on each rivet to seat them until they popped and cut the excess rivet off. Came out great and really tight and secure (see pic). I’m really happy with it.

I added some more fender liner forward of the passenger side fender well. Hoping that will keep the curd out of my airbox and avoid the need for a snorkel.

$3 each at Dollar store. With double side tape, and the foam is very soft.

I got some of the stuff and a road map for the rest...
Nope. I'm not even going to look at pictures of what upgraded bulbs look like either.

I got the LED headlight package...maybe the license plate lights are upgraded too? Honestly, I think stock is great.

Yeah for sure came out better looking than I even expected and if it gets ripped up or too beat up, I can just pull them off and get new ones.

Interesting, did you replace the air filter with something less restrictive, trd air flow accelerator ?, also a free flow exhaust?...they kinda work together.
