I picked up a set of wheels with TPMS from a 4th Gen 4-Runner & they have TPMS installed. This never was a thing on 1st gens, but I figured since they're on there - might see if I can make them work. Anyone done this? Or more trouble than it's worth?

Bout to pick up a set of 2021 wheels with tpms. Am curious to do the same. Looking to pair a aftermarket display with the oem sensors. Did you figure something out?

Seems like getting or having access to a reader/sensor tool and then potenially programing an aftermarket display/computer?

Not yet. I have a few Rasberry Pis around here that I thought I might try to incorporate, but I've been too busy to mess with it. Not the hottest of topics it seems.
