    Nooooooooo....... dogs are a 'every day' type of food. I usually don't have any fresh hot dog buns when I cook dogs, so I just squirt on some Dejon mustard onto a piece of bread, fold it around the dog and chow down.

    Speaking of smoking meats, this Wednesday night on through Thursday we will be smoking up three large turkey breasts, a medium sized pork shoulder, and about four pounds of salmon. We’ll be using applewood as our smoke wood.

    Evening all,

    I am normally off Tuesdays, but got called in to work OT tomorrow. You guessed it, co-worker exposure to COVID via his wife at her workplace, so he is quarantined for the week.

    Sincere condolences on the passing of your co-worker.

    I joke about working until lunch on the day of my funeral, but it’s not really something that I want to happen. Always sad to hear about someone dying within a few weeks before or after their retirement.

    Evil doesn’t have any boundaries, in my experience. Crazy sad.

    Yes sir, my Dad has cooked hot dogs like this forever. MUSTARD!

    You should see what a ribeye roast was that probably would not feed 4 people. 105.00 it’s crazy what meat is. The brisket was reduced and had use or freeze by tomorrow.

    expensive here too. and the GD things are raised/butchered in the same county as I live, don't have to pay for transportation of them really. you'd think that would cut down on the price but no. the grocery store I frequent does the mark down thing but i haven't had much luck lately. the mark-down bin is almost always empty as everyone grabs that stuff first. i did grab a pack of burger yesterday, been ages since i've seen a decent steak in there
