All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
I would say that if you did get a bumper for it, I would go this route. ARB or TJM. The plate bumpers look proper, the tube bumpers on this rig look a bit off to me, but that is purely taste.
I will say this is a heavy rig, so if you ever wheel it pair it with a stout bumper.

This is my fav gx470 bumper. Flat top front, no frills. Matches body lines about as good as it gets.
Comes in a weld kit ;)

    Made by costal.

I would be torn between this and the Arb with Sliders and Fender Rail kit.

    Slow thread this weekend.

Took my topper off to redo the weather stripping and finally waterproof the bed. Doesn’t mean anything to anyone but me, but the truck looks drastically different topless.

That’s why I ended up offloading my top. The 35% profit was my main influence though

Any profit from a potential sale would immediately be put towards another topper. My lifestyle and use of the truck is suited to having one. It works for me and I’m good with that. Even prefer the look of a truck with a topper.

I wouldn’t be opposed to running a diamond back cover periodically though. They’re proud of those things though.

These new 2020 Corollas are looking real tempting. I wonder what the MPG is like

I’m quite happy with the tune so far! She’s running smooth and has a bit more pickup and response. RPMs have come down slightly on the highway. About 100miles into my first tank and will check MPG when I fill up. Hopefully an improvement from 12.5
