Grind it all down, prime, seam seal, and some thick undercoating you'll never know. Most of the panels in that area are spot welded and seam sealed anyways. Should I have done it all in one piece? Yea, but it's a bad area to try and patch.

Had a broken piece of shaft kicking around, cut off the jagged end and zapped a handle on it. New mini beater!

 

The Deputy has an extensive vetting process and a very complicated algorithm to determine stock status.

However, if you don't violate the 3 cardinal rules....bro-lean, purple rock lights and wheels larger than 18" then I have seen him be quite generous from time to time.

Houston, we've got a problem! 1 15/16 shaft worn down to 1 1/2 at the bearing surface. It's also a keyed shaft so it looks like I'm going to be cutting the belt off, taking the roll out, and making a new shaft.

 

WTF ruin a perfectly good belt?

Not ruining it. Cutting right at the lacing, then re-lacing it back together once I have the roll in.
