Cool. I edited my post but you probably knew, if you use a pin to go against the side of the part the half the distance of pin.
Another thing is drop the spindle down a couple inches and lock it, feed up with the knee.

    Show is over.

There was someone in the backseat. Officer carried a box to his car then drove off with the guy in the back.

Little bit of this and that
Sounds exactly like what I got at my previous employer.

Current place we have a ESOP so I'm actually a part owner...I'd rather whatever money they'd spend on a bonus go into my retirement.

In addition to locking the quill, you could run that threaded stop up against the upper stationary piece. Just keeps the quill from creeping down, and get endmill tight in collet, I've seen end mills suck down too. Most 2 flute endmill are center cutting but if not you can ramp depth...lol, bananaman prolly scratching his head now.

I mean... I follow 80% of it. Still getting the old roll and shaft apart. Had to cut the other bearing off as well.

No bonus ever at my work but it pays well and decent benefits, they don't work us to bad, sometimes a person just needs to count their blessings.

Just holler if you need help. I'm assuming you have 1.9375" bar stock and don't have to turn a piece of 2" the entire length. ?? You may reconsider a weld up patch job?? You'll get it done.

No Christmas lights until after the turkey is in the fridge.

    At the earliest!

RE Poll: No bonuses at my company, it is what it is. However the beginning of the year I got a decent market adjustment raise and a month or so ago I got an even more significant raise as they decided to promote me to my next tech level. :D

At least look at the cost of those frame repair patches? A local shop to weld them in? Might be the cheapest fix and get you by for awhile.

Anyone else have a 10’ Santa head in their front yard? It makes the bumble look small!

He took the keys with him. At one point the alarm was going off so I assume he relocked it when they left. :p
