With a filled capacity weight of approximately 52 lbs. I just wanted to throw some stats on this subject since you inspired me with all your math. :D

I had a red shell on my 1st gen for a while, it was on it when I sold it. I put a roof rack off of an old 4Runner on it.

I got lucky on the new one and found one with a rack on top, windoors, etc. on a wrecked truck and it matches. I drove 2 1/2 hours one way to grab it.

No its not custom made, you can get them on the RanchHand company's website, it'll set you back about $1k. I just went ahead and got it powder coated for longer durability and to get rid of the glossy black and give it more of a flat black look

May not get as much water capacity as intended. The water will likely not get higher than the open spigot (air release)in the top tube (about halfway)when filling from the bottom and inversely won't drain lower than an open bottem spigot. Not a criticism just an observation.

Swapped my snow tires on. Nokian Hakka R3 in 265/70-17 on 2016-2019 TRD Sport wheels with TRD center cap decals.

This is the 2021 iteration of my snow tire package. I keep changing things and changing my mind up. This is my final iteration, I think.

[IMG]IMG_0232 by Mike M, on Flickr

2020 - 265/70-17 Nokian Hakka R3 | FJ Cruiser Wheels - I liked this more in my mind than I did on the truck, it wasn't bad, but it was HEAVY and getting those center caps on was...hellish.

[IMG]IMG_2931 by Mike M, on Flickr

2019 - 265/70-16 Hankook I-Pike RW11 | SR/SR5 Steel Wheels - this was another one of "I want to do the base model steel wheel thing" as a final year on those tires.
[IMG]IMG_5512 copy by Mike M, on Flickr

2018 - 265/70-16 Hankook I-Pike RW11 | Stock TRD OR wheels - first winter lifted and I went back to stock wheels since I had TRD Beadlocks / KO2s. I liked this look but changed it in 2019 since I didn't want to ruin the wheels in the salt. I think once my Hakkas wear out six years from now I'll put these back on a 265/75-16, likely a Blizzak since Nokian doesn't do that size in P-rated.

[IMG]IMG_E3388-edit by Mike M, on Flickr

2016-2017 - 265/70-16 Hankook I-Pike RW11 | 2G TRD OR Wheels - Leftover from my 2013, they worked great before I went to the Beadlock / KO2 and had my stock 3G OR Wheels and the goal was to reduce the number of wheels (that's a joke)

[IMG]IMG_0756 by Mike M, on Flickr

I'll have to see what the TRD Sport wheels look like outside of the garage. I don't think I will change up my wheels again, unless the TRD 17" forged beadlocks fall into my lap. I don't really like the SEMA wheels on a highway tread tire without white letters, the 4Runner Trail wheels are HEAVY and the painted silver 4Runner SR5 wheels are nice and the lower offset is nice, but not enough to make me swap wheels for a 6th time.

Thanks for coming to my slide show. I'm Mike and I have severe wheel addiction issues.

I Just got some General Grabber AT's (265/70R17) to replace the OEM Toyo Open Country AO2 (265/65R17).

The OEM Tires only have 12,990 miles on them so I'll be selling them. I'm gonna stay with the stock wheels and paint them until I can decide on new wheels.

I just changed my Front and rear Differential oil as well as my Transfer case at 28k appx …..all pretty easy except a pump for the front diff would’ve made that a lot easier…..
