I currently have the stock halogen headlights and was thinking about upgrading to led. Currently these are 25% off. Are these any good. They look similar to the trd pro lights but I’m assuming probably aren’t made with the same quality materials. The morimotos are nice but way to pricey.

There’s been lots of info on how the light output is absolutely horrible on them. They are also just rebranded Vland headlights. You can get the exact same lights for around $350 on eBay.

I've heard mixed reviews on the performance. So far, with empirical evidence, Morimoto XB V2 and OEM LED lights out-perform Alpharex Luxx (looks like OEM) and Alpharex Nova (looks like OEM but has projector housings) series headlights. I would suggest looking into OEM or Morimoto lights if they go on sale. But still, alpharex is much better than the OEM halogen lights so its up to you.

In terms of performance and light quality:

    OEM LED > Morimoto XB V2 > Morimoto XB V1 (discontinued) > Alpharex Luxx/Nova > everything else
