Again I disagree. On both sleeves I wailed on them with a 3lb hammer and they didn’t budge. Couldn’t rotate them, lca was stuck in place, etc. Break out the bj press and they pop right out with a lot of force.

Ok I'll update the guys at work and let them know we've been doing it wrong.

I’m just telling you what I have done as an alternative to cutting, and has worked for me on multiple occasions. If you don’t want to accept that for whatever reason, that’s on you.

And you have to trust me, we've tried that and a truly seized sleeve will collapse when the press is used. Put a press on it and collapse the sleeve now you have a bigger mess to deal with.

I never said it’d work on all of them. I’ve tried it on one and it didn’t budge, just mushroomed the sleeve a little bit. Broke out the sawzall, and a couple minutes later had the lca out.

The one who dies with the most stuff wins.
Very surprised and happy to report back that the second shop was able to get me into alignment with no problems. He said "the front cams were tight but we got them loose." I'm not sure exactly what that means, but the numbers are good. Truck drives fine and the steering wheel is dead center. I'm happy for now and going to leave well enough alone and save my money and time. I know that eventually I'll have to cut (or press) those front ones out, but for now all is good. New alignment numbers:

Thanks again to @EatSleepTacos and @Ruggybuggy for all the advice and knowledge. And to anyone with a newer truck reading this; get out there and remove your bolts and slab those fuckers up with anti-seize before it's too late!

So I unfortunately ran into this issue and was charged an arm and a leg to replace the bushings and cam bolts (in the end I could have just gotten new LCA’s but the shop threw on the cam bolt charge mid-install). Well, I got plenty of caster but now I might have another problem...too much!

I’ve read on here to always aim for 3-4 degrees but these are the #’s. He told me to disregard the initial...

I believe he was just trying to push the wheel as forward as possible.

Does it pull to the right? The left side caster is higher than the right side caster. The caster should be .5 of a degree difference between left and right with the lower number on the left to offset road crown. If you have a tire clearance problem on the back I could see why he put in lots of caster. Also if it's not pulling to the right and drivers straight with a straight wheel leave it be.

Does not seem to pull that I've noticed so far.

If he added the caster to stop the tires from hitting on the rear and the truck drives fine I wouldn't worry about it.

Went to get my Taco aligned after Bilstein 5100 install and new tires and the tech told me my alignment cams are frozen, my truck is a 2017 with 30k on it. I have an extended warranty on my truck from when I bought it new, thoughts on this being covered under warranty?

I would try. The worst thing is that they will say no because it's an adjustment and adjustments are not covered under warranty.
