I'm in Canada and ordered from Partsengine.ca . The 6112's were $800 Cdn which translates to about $640 USD

You can find a lot of install instructions on YouTube. That’s where I went when I installed mine

Just ordered up some SPC UCAs. Getting ready to pull the trigger on 6112s and 5160s with the Icon AAL.

    My truck is a 2015 ACOR 6spd.

looking to get 2” solid inches and for it to be level. A little rake is acceptable.

Should I go with the 4th notch? There’s just so much info- I’m trying to do all the research but I keep coming up with so many answers and everyone’s truck is obviously different…

    Any help would be appreciated.

Gonna swap in the ECGS bushing at the same time I do the install…

On the 4th notch, if you are going to install the 600lb spring and have no armor, it will be a little higher then 2 inches at the time of install but then settle for about 2 inches after about 3 weeks. Any armor or weight added will slowly have it go down a little. You can then move up to the bilstein 650lb springs or move up to the 5th notch. You will love the set up that you are putting on.

    Great! Thanks man!

Yeah, no armor at this time.

How about the rear with the AAL? Will that set up be level?

I’ll order them up today. I think I’ve found the best price for the assembled 6112/5160 combo but will call around to see if I can score a cyber Monday deal.
Was able to snag the SPC UCAs for $550.

The SPC UCA's are good and they will get you a better option for more caster for bigger tires. Just make sure that where ever you get your alignment, the guy knows how to adjust the SPC's. With the AAL, it "should given you a level truck with maybe a little bit of rear rake. The AAL, is really going to depend upon the current shape of your OEM Leaf pack. If it is in decent shape then an AAL will be a great thing. If it is not in decent shape, I would recommend one of two options: either 1, pick up a new oem leaf pack from someone just getting rid of their 3rd gen leaf pack (this happens all the time when someone with a newer truck adds an aftermarket leaf pack and just wants to get rid of theirs), search the local "Buy Sell Thread" in your area, or 2, save your money a little more and invest in a Icon RXT leaf pack. This option is usually the best way to go in the "buy once cry one" aspect because it gives you the option of 3 different heights and weight options that you can change in the matter of a couple of hours is you either add more weight or don't like your current ride height. Just stay away from the Old Man Emu med or heavy leaf pack. You will pay a little less for them but you will be disappointed with how they hold up and how they squeak after time. Whereabouts do you live? I may know someone who has a 3rd gen OEM leaf pack that they want to get rid of.

That is what I’ve read about the SPCs. It’s definitely why I went with them. I’ll take it to my local 4wd speciality shop for alignment. They’ll be able to dial it in. Running 265/70/17 Duratracs right now with no issues. May look to go to 275s on the next purchase, but seems like I’ll have to do some trimming if that’s the route I decide to go…

I have 70k on my stock leaf pack now. Haven’t really noticed any issues with it. I think the Icon AAL might be the way to go, and if I have any issues, I’ll look at snagging an OEM set. I’ll have to wait and see. But Im in Sacramento CA. Shoot me a DM if you do. Might be interested depending on price. Might be a good idea just to grab them…

All the work looks pretty straight forward. The only thing that I’m a little concerned about is the bushing swap. Don’t want to screw that up. I’ve never pulled a CV before, so that will be a new experience. Definitely seems like a second person to lend an extra set of hands will be helpful

I have had the ecgs bushing done on mine but I had a shop (that has done many of them before), but I have never done it myself. It does seem simple enough with the youtube videos out there. Check in with one of your local forums to see if anyone has done it in your area. I think that is the best way to go to give yourself the self confidence to do it with at least. Message @Blue Canary in Stockton CA, he had his done and might be able to either 1. help you out, or 2, know someone that might be able to help you with it.

I just ordered the Trail-Pro Lift Kit for 05-15 Tacoma by Wheeler's Off-Road and it comes with the 6112s set to the top notch and recommends a 3/8" strut top spacer for a "more level" look with the All-Pro Standard 3" Lift Leaf Springs. It is a second Gen (2012) Double cab long bed with a shell.
Question, since this kit does not come with the option for a 5/6 perch setting (I ordered them assembled), should I try to use a 1/2" spacer on the driver side and a 3/8" on the passenger side? Alternately I could try to stack a 1/4" inch plus a 3/8" inch on the driver side and a 3/8" on the passenger side but I don't know if that would fit the studs or if its a good idea or not. I am shooting for level or a small rake and no lean. Thanks in advance for the help!

when installing my 5100’s for stock to 1.5” lift they were the exact length of the stock shocks extended. After putting it up on the lift and seeing how limited it seems to be on down travel I’m looking for something else.

That last thing you want is your rear shocks being the limiter on the droop in the back, especially if you expect to use full rear articulation consistently off-road. Also, make sure you check the rear emergency brake lines at full droop. My Gen 3 with 5160s installed required modifications to the emergency brake line mounts to avoid binding.

Yes. The solution is the 5125s (Part Number 33-319070) in the rear. The only caution is that you want to test fit the lower sleeve first. They were too wide for my lower mounts. Instead of doing the right thing and grinding them down, I went Hulk Smash.
