I have to say, I agree with you. Things were getting a bit faded from what I remember. Really a shame.
I don’t know about you, but I was really impressed with the books.

    VIP weekend was a success

And finally built the Ducati tonight, not used to Technic but wow one of the more tougher builds I’ve done recently. Not sure I’d enjoy the bigger Technic ones as much but still enjoyed this one.

Where was this? I’ve noticed a couple of mess ups, which is unusual.

This one so far has shown that you need 1 piece but in the photo it’s a different piece. Then in another, it has a piece in place that’s not indicated for a step or two later. Not a big deal really but still….although I’d rather have that than actually missing a piece. That sucks, especially if you can’t continue and have to wait a month to get it.

It looks even worse on the Canadian website, it’s just mini-figure and brick heads packs on sale. LEGO was having better sales all month compared to what’s on sale for Black Friday. I’ve been noticing this on a lot of stuff I actually want, it’s always on sale cheaper a week or two before Black Friday. I got my Xbox one this way 5 or 6 years ago now, seen it on sale 100$ off before Black Friday and took the risk figuring I’d return it if it was cheaper on Black Friday. Well that year the Black Friday sale was no mark down on the Console at all just two free crappy games no one wants. Ever since then I’ve been noticing the same on games and other electronics, they always seem to be on sale for less during the first or second week of November.

We were in Disney Springs in October at their Lego store and had a ton of fun with the mini fig creator. Will definitely do another custom or two when we are able to in the future.

Last kit I built was the grave digger to add to the pile of diggers. This was built back during the summer
