One of my friends has this for end of the season motorcycle rides. Says it's great and sometimes makes him too warm. Curious to see how it works for you!

I have the previous version and my only complaints are I would like a hood, but I live with a beanie, also the battery position when your sitting in a vehicle or any seat with a back digs into your back a little, it looks like they fixed that with the one you bought though. Mine is Milwaukee red, I am a mechanic and even though I keep my hands clean when I wear the jacket I still have to wash it weekly with scrub in stain remover as even a little oil/grim gets pulled into the fabric and cannot just be wiped off with fabric wipes.

These arrived today and everything fits inside just as I had hoped/planned. Ditched the top tool tray and most of the dividers. Really like the size.

I accidentally bought 2 of these deals, I am going to return one, but if someone is willing to pick up actual shipping and any PayPal fees I’d consider sending it their way.

On second thought, I’d keep the batteries and tool bag and give someone a killer deal on just the ratchets as “tool only” Of course I’ll be waiting to receive both before entertaining anything.

Some context for size reference/comparison. Next to my rolling Husky 14" tool bag.

have the previous version, love it but don’t wear it often, I am not a coat person

I do want the heated vest, seems like a better layering option for me

Heated vests are the way to go! I went a size up, and I'm super careful with the plug. Also, some duct tape over the light because It's super annoying.

Any M12 users have a battery size preference? I only have 1.5 and 2 Ah batteries right now and I’d like to add 2 more.

Depends on the tool and use. For lights and my little driver, I generally only use the 1.5 / 2 Ah batteries. For my Stubby impact, ratchets, 1/4" impact, hammer drill, etc, I prefer the 4 or 6 Ah.

As stated, it really depends on the tool and use. The 1.5 and 2 AH batts are good for small tools and lights (especially any tools with magnets). I like the 1.5 and 2 AH for ratchets too since they fit in tighter spaces. The 3 AH batteries and bigger are good for tools that need a sturdy base for standing upright (impacts, drills etc). Lastly, it depends on usage. I'll use bigger batteries on tools or projects where using lots of power, think drilling multiple holes or repetitive loads.. As you can see in pic below, smaller batts on ratchets, bigger batts on drills/impacts...
