    When I had my elbow surgery it felt like I was tearing stitches every time I moved. Felt like my arm was ripping apart. All ended up good though.

    Feeling much better than I anticipated. These exercises are kicking my butt. I know they are for the greater good and I'm still gonna do them. However, it's like wake up, exercise, pee, ice on the knee, and repeat. Goes on all day. The physical therapy exercises just plain ole wear you out...

    Mine is almost like I can feel the pin of the implant inside my bone as I'm trying to do a straight leg raise exercise. Almost a piercing feeling. The stitches haven't bothered me at all. Well, at least not yet.
