Make sure you run the fuse wire around the back of the fuse box, and up through the little plastic latch that pops out/open.

Silly question, Did you have to take the grill off?

 

Nope.
I have the stock "Honeycomb" grill. The install of the lights is truly a plug & play.
The only tools I needed were a 10mm Socket(for connecting the ground wire to the truck, and a flat-head screwdriver (to use as a pry/lever), and you will want some zip ties to clean up the wires once your install is done.
Check out the video I posted above(especially for the wiring).

Once again, the previous video that i posted is way better(for the wiring).

Yeah, i love My clazzios. Was mega surprised on the ultra fit. It's like i got leather from factory.

 

I think as long as the combustion chamber is insulated then he should be fine. The commercial diesel heaters are made of plastic too.

 

Looks great! For the price you can't really beat it, esp that you can retain the covers underneath if the seats get messed up for whatever reason
