looks pretty dang clean. I’m good with that. Still curious about the drill option though. But I have a morbid fascination with cleaner OEM stylings. It’s not totally healthy

Got some redline hood struts installed and for no reason at all but being dumb...... glovebox letter inserts.

 

Waiting on parts for my Gen3.... Waiting for my BD spot lights to arrive (out for delivery) and waiting to hear what's the scoop on getting the wrong lights sent to me on my fog light order.... turns out I could have waited until BF for the fogs, since I got them this weekend after ordering them middle of October.

When you're told by a retailer that they are going to call a company to check up on a mix up in your order "on Monday" when is an appropriate time to check in on the status of that?

That's what I was gonna go with. wasn't sure if Tuesday or Wednesday would be better. line between giving enough time and waiting too long with parts I'm not going to use.

All of the BF-related stuff has been meh. This was the first year we didn't buy anything. No good deals on anything we needed.

 

Cyber monday/black friday has not had a good year since companies started putting a "black friday" price on without actually lowering the price (some cases actually raising the price and calling it a sale)

 

I've seen this alot lately.....half off double the price sales are everywhere right now.... I was waiting for some things to drop and they never gave anything other then their normal discount, just labled it black friday and cyber monday

 

Yep, I hope at some point people figure it out and fight back, but im not holding my breath on that happening.

Sadly there are far too many people who consider it gospel when the see the word "SALE" and never even consider if it is or not.

 

Bet there's a large overlap with people who don't understand the concept of "serving size"/"servings per container" on nutrition labels -- like those $2 bags of Doritos at gas stations showing something like "200 calories (per serving)" but containing 2.5 servings, ergo ~500 calories in that little bag.

 

What about for those of us that dont read that label.... Im eating the whole fucking bag of doritos.
