Good morning SA. Have any of yall taken the taco to a shop in the city to have the ECGS bushing installed in place of the factory needle bearing? Going to do a lift soon and seen its a highly probably issue to arrive afterwards

If ain't broke, don't replace it. Do not replace it until it fails, there are a ton of Tacos and 4R that haven't had an issue, is good to have the bearing as a spare? Yes.

If you drill a little hole under the lid like pictured here, you can increase your capacity ever so slightly.

    Morning Linwood
    Morning Nick - welcome aboard
Morning Robert - it holds plenty thank you! The way things go, I'd drill a hole and crack the whole case!

Does anyone in here have any experience with Lalo's Auto Parts? Looking for a t-case, and would like to get some 1st hand feedback on whether or not i should avoid them. Seems like most auto salvage places are thieves if you let them get away with it.

Called one out in midland this morning that had a T-case listed for 375 online. When i called, the price automatically went up to 750 lol. Just trying to find someplace honest. I will not support businesses that behave like criminals

No help from me! Last time I used salvage parts, I had a race car! Geez, the folks I knew of in the 80's are long gone!

I have the tool to take out the old bushing out! Let me know if you need it! Or anyone else! I could borrow it around in San Antonio and local area!

My oldest boy and I climbed to the top of Lost Mine Trail during a blizzard(the Big Bend mountains got 6+ inches of snow that day and the roads closed the next day because of ice) we went above the cloud bank, it was 70+ degrees up top, but it was nearly whiteout conditions below with temps in mid 20's. It was beautiful to see the clouds collide with the mountains and create such awesome view. One of the park rangers got a little upset with us, little did he know, we drove in from the desert elevation and I knew the peaks were in the clear before we started our hike, probably one of the best hikes I ever did.
