Tacos in St. Louis area

I'll link the kit I got. It's a little different than their actual Amateur radio kits as you can only use programmed channels loaded onto the unit. There is no manual entering freqs on the fly which I'm pretty sure helps them skirt licenses and what not. I really only need access to 3 freqs out here for now. One of which is a paid freq for the local off-road group.
