Bought a used solus legend scanner off the tool truck recently. Half of new price. Couldn't resist

will do….I’ve spent far too much money attempting to find the perfect solution for organizing my sockets….this won’t be perfect, but it should be able to minimize the space they take up and keep ‘em sorted

Black Friday deal, for the price its a good deal, OTC is definitely better quality and the OTC case has room for expansion but I couldn't pass the sale price.

Found some moderately priced 3/8” tool grid holders…ordered them up. Also got the bored cut to size and fitted in my drawer. Started organizing the 1/2” sockets and I’m already amazed at how much more room i have versus my old trays.

I've been trying to figure out how to organize my sockets forever, this looks promising. A quick look at their stuff and it looks like if you wanted to get creative you could 3D print all kinds of custom holders for different other tools too.

A few additions to make me feel cool.
I have been wanting to make my own workbench for a while. Finally came across an old Snap-On box from 1956. Had the right patina and what not. Overall I am happy with it.

I've been wanting one of these for a while but never made it from the wish list to the front porch. I'll keep it in the electrical box for future projects/troubleshooting needs.

you are able to measure leakage current, phase current, phase-N, and phase-GND voltages for an accessory on a standard cord without having to cut the jacket apart.

Bought myself the Husky cabinet over the weekend...has a nice wood top so I added a layer of "oil absorb" pad (Amazon $15). Also built the movable vice base. Not for serious wrenching but well made.
No pic of tools, they are organized, trust me.

Thanks, I’m more confused now than when we started.

Ya I’m going to hit up @bobsuruncle for some tool holders, it’d be nice to have some custom made torque wrench cradles
