First the ricers got to diesels, then jeeps.. now, trailers?

 

Mismatched wheels, a rusty hitch, and wiring held together with nothing more than crusty electrical tape.

 

My favorite is when its an old orange extension cord

 

Neither of my Yotas get over 20mpg. I really should grab a 2WD manual car but insurance is too expensive at my age. When I had the Tundra on my plan I was hurting.

 

I can honestly see that being a thing once they grow up and have minivans. Everyone pulles their rice trailer to the local parking lot and sniffs each others butts while playing mario kart.

 

How old is you?

 

Just saw a set on an 80 series in the scrap yard yesterday. At least one was damaged from the rollover. I left the wheels but did get the three remaining center caps--too bad they don't fit on my 4runner rims.

Did Toyota ever make a 16" version of those wheels?

 

I’m 23. It’s crazy how younger females with multiple accidents will still pay less.

 

There's an 80 in your junkyard? Did it have a bumper still in the front, been trying to find some vent thingies for a while.

Can't imagine these are too much to insure at any age.

 

Ah okay, my rates have always been okay, but recently got a lot cheaper after I turned 26

 

Its not the worst idea, assuming you've already accepted that you're going to ground through the frame, which I hate.


The taillights on mine are grounded through the frame - through the door hinges, which are rusty. Its perfect.

Yeah my other problem is finding the right shitbox. Manual trans cars are carrying a premium these days.

Only thing with that is oil is in the name. I know for a fact brake fluid will chew through it faster than you can get a towel

 

im still at ~19 mpg with 4 inches over stock tire diameter with the slug, driving like an animal too

 

I think my Colorado rates are higher than my Chicago rates were. Lots of uninsured drivers around here.
