    Old man hipster newbe here. 1st post.
    Active in Porsche, home audio & firearm forums.
    Closed the deal on a 2022 Tacoma Nightshade 4 hours ago.
    Should arrive at the dealer 2nd week of December.
    First truck I've owned, but 3 various gens of T4R's over the years in all stages of modification.
    I've lusted over the TRD package Tacomas for years, but when it was all said & done,
    I ended up with the old man, gentleman version truck.
    If I got the OR or Pro, I'd end up putting on my North Face & hiking boots and doing laps of the mall with it anyway.
    The Nightshade looks cool though. Much like the non-functional hood scoop of the Sport.
    Back in the day, my '77 Trans Am had a faux hood scoop, I busted out the plastic and epoxied black painted wire screen in there, sounded awesome.
    Sorry for the rambling, I'm on my 3rd 50/50 Goose & tonic celebrating my purchase.

    Ordered OEM tailgate lock kit, bed light kit & bed mat.
    Getting BakFlip MX4 next week.

    Seems to drive nice.
    Waiting to experience the odd shifting & powerband issues.
