Did you call to see if they are in stock? With what’s going on in the supply chain, I’m not giving anybody money if the don’t have the product.

I think there website disclaimer covers all of this. This actually is the 30 day rule. They will charge your credit card, by the FTC rules they have 30 days to ship. They send you a notice after 30 days its delayed again, You may cancel the order and the company is supposed to refund your money within 7 days.
Well Like @RobP62 said I'm old. Set in my ways I guess.

Just called them and I'm in shock. They have over 60 of them in-stock and assembled will be 2 weeks till shipped.......EARLY CHRISTMAS!!

 

I ordered some tractor tires. Not cheap. What is these days though, right? Anyway, a day later I get an email saying two of the 4 we're backordered. So when I called (of course I called, I am old too ya know) the guy said, well, they are on backorder, and we never had them in stock. I figured there wasn't any point in being upset so I simply say "no problem". Even though the website said they had them in stock. Then the guy says it will take 72 hours for the credit to appear. I said what credit? The tire credit he says.

So after going back and forth on this subject for a couple of minutes the guy was able to expedite the refund for a product they lied about having, and ultimately charged me for even though they didn't. What kind of shit is that? Needless to say, lost sale, lost future customer. Two days later they were back in stock. Too late.

 

Call the FTC

Hoping someone can help me decide here. About to pull the trigger on some DD SS3 Pro (Fogs) from Hotshot Offroad but can't decide on either White or Yellow lens?

I could also just buy the white and then buy the $10 yellow lens cover? Not trying to have buyers remorse here. Haha

Anyone got a set whites and regret not buying yellows?

 

If you're going with pro's get yellow and then get a white lenses. That'll give you the 4000k "white" color hue that's most popular. I just ordered SS3 Max's in yellow, non backlit versions.

I was about to pull the trigger because it was listed as free shipping, but then read the shipping disclaimer for an invoice adjustment for shipping. What would shipping be for long-bed step sliders w/kick out and filler plates? 60513 zip code
